Expertise in SailPoint Plain ID and IAM Domain Knowledge
Role Overview
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Business Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing designing and implementing IAM solutions within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of SailPoint Plain ID and IAM best practices ensuring secure and compliant access to systems and data.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements for IAM initiatives collaborating with stakeholders across departments.
Analyze existing access management processes and recommend improvements focusing on efficiency security and compliance.
Configure test and support SailPoint and Plain ID solutions ensuring they meet organizational needs and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with IT and security teams to design and implement identity governance policies and workflows.
Develop training materials and provide guidance to end users and technical staff on IAM best practices.
Monitor IAM system performance troubleshoot issues and liaise with vendors as required.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management on IAM status risks and recommendations.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IAM projects or similar roles.
Strong working knowledge of SailPoint and Plain ID platforms etc.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with business process mapping and documentation.
Relevant degree in Computer Science Information Security or related field preferred.
Professional certifications in IAM are an advantage.
