Job Summary
Job Role: Accounts Executive
Location: DLF Phase 1 & Sector 70A Gurgaon
Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification: Commerce Graduate / MBA in Finance
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience handling finance and accounts preferably in a school setup or educational institution.
- Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Fee & Bank Reconciliation: Oversee and manage fee reconciliation and bank reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy.
- MIS and Budgeting: Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) and assist in budgeting activities.
- Billing and Vendor Payments: Handle billing processes and manage timely vendor payments.
- Taxation: Ensure proper handling of taxation processes in compliance with applicable laws.
