About the Role:
As an ASB Officer youll be at the heart of our community work tackling anti-social behaviour head-on and supporting residents to feel safe in their homes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Investigating and managing ASB cases
- Working closely with residents police councils and partner agencies
- Conducting interviews and home visits
- Developing effective action plans and prevention strategies
- Taking enforcement action where necessary
- Promoting positive community engagement
