Are you passionate about driving programme delivery and supporting operational excellence As theSystem Optimisation Delivery Supportwithin the Water Optimisation business unit you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Programme Manager and workstream leads to deliver the system optimisation strategy. This is a project management-level position responsible for ensuring that activities are well-organised tracked and communicated across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
You will take ownership of key delivery support functions including action tracking stakeholder engagement financial monitoring and risk management. Working closely with technical teams and governance groupsyoullensure programme visibility momentum and alignment. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills a proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced complex environment.
KeyResponsibilities:
Lead the coordination of system workstream activities ensuring alignment with delivery timelines and priorities.
Track actions decisionsrisksand dependencies proactively following up with stakeholders tomaintainmomentum.
Maintain and manage documentation including trackers logs registers and delivery plans.
Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders ensuring effective communication and alignment.
Prepare high-quality reports and presentations for governance and leadership forums.
Track and report programme spend working with finance teams tomaintainaccuratecost forecasts andidentifyvariances.
Essential Criteria:
Project Management/Project Analyst experience.
Experience in change and risk management.
Ability to challenge and implement change.
Demonstrated work flexibility and strong team-building skills.
Flexibility to cope with multiple workstreams and changing priorities.
Experience of Financial/Budget management
Recognised project management qualification (APMPrinceII orMSP) desirable.
