We are excited to invite a dynamicAdministration Supportteam member to join our vibrant team working in our Ayr office! In this role you will be at the heart of our operations coordinating daily administrative tasks and welcoming visitors with a warm smile.

Operating in a busy environment you will utilise your superb organisational skills and excellent customer service skills in order to provide high quality support to our support service team.

This role is permanent part-time working approximately 20 hours per week (5 day week) but flexible for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet in reception and phone/emails.
  • General administration functions such as filing and records management.
  • Providing admin support to our local team.

Do you have a bubbly personality and a can-do attitude If so you might be the perfect fit! Heres what we need from you:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • A calm and organised approach to your work
  • A keen eye for accuracy and detail
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • Familiarity with database systems and financial/records management (a plus!)
  • A Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening (were here to help with this!)
  • Drivers license and a reliable vehicle
