KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to collect understand and prioritize requirements from internal customers contributing to the product roadmap and backlog.
- Support the development team during feature implementation and ensure successful delivery of new functionalities to users.
- Become a tool expert: assist users and deliver training sessions.
- Be local expert and first point of contact for AMER region.
- Monitor tool usage provide reports and KPIs to stakeholders collect feedback and turn it into actionable improvements.
- Validate new features: review test and approve implementations before release.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Masters degree in Energy Engineering Mechanical Engineering. Computer Science or a related field can be considered as well.
- 2 years of experience in thermal engineering preferred; recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of HVAC system operation component balancing and system integration.
- Highly self-motivated detail-oriented and a proactive team player.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel Word PowerPoint) and communication tools (MS Teams Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Availability to travel up to 20%
