Help travelers turn their getaway plans into seamless resort and hotel experienceswithout leaving home.

We are seeking detail-oriented service-driven individuals to support clients in planning resort and hotel stays this remote role you will guide travelers through accommodation selection and manage reservations from inquiry through completion ensuring a smooth and personalized experience.

What Youll Do

Consult with travelers to understand their preferences budgets and travel goals
Recommend resort and hotel options that align with client needs including family-friendly adults-only luxury and beachfront stays
Coordinate reservations and related travel components such as flights transfers travel protection and special requests
Stay informed on popular destinations and resort offerings to confidently guide clients
Provide professional timely communication throughout the booking process
