Schedule:

1st Shift: 8AM - 5PM
Monday - Friday
Plus overtime

Pay Rate:

$20 / hour

Job Summary:

Were seeking a motivated and experienced Production Leader to join our Outbound Department at our Linden NJ facility. The Production Leader is responsible for supervising daily outbound operations guiding warehouse associates and ensuring that all outgoing orders are processed accurately and efficiently during the 1st shift.

This role requires strong leadership excellent communication skills and hands-on warehouse experience. The ideal candidate will lead by example maintain safety and productivity standards and support a positive team culture.

Job Responsibilities:

Load and unload trucks incoming sea containers loading sea containers prepare air shipmentspackages LCL and LTL via forklift and sometimes by hand (rarely)
Participate in cross-training program to develop skills in all areas of warehouse operations.
Utilize bar coding to properly label put away track pick and pack inventory. Prepare warehousereceipts by taking dims and weight of incoming cargo and photos.
Put away incoming freight prepare and verify loading guides as dictated by operational need
Participate and assist with special projects inventory movement warehouse layout or othermovement of goods as needed. Including determine equipment size and quantity required per shipmentas dictated by operational need
Maintain general cleanliness of warehouse by moving recyclable and non-recyclable goods to theproper collection containers.
Participate in cycle and annual inventory counts/recounts.
Comply with all company. TSA and OSHA regulated safety codes
Maintain cleanliness of company issued machinery and tools
Overtime as necessary
Additional duties as assigned by Management

Job Requirements:

MUST be bilingual - English AND Spanish
Minimum 3 years of experience
High School Diploma or equivalent with warehousing experience or any combination of education andexperience.
Bar Coding/WMS/RF System Skills/ WMS
Attention to Detail
Ability to meet Company standards
Ability to pass CRP Forklift Operation Certification OR to be forklift certified is better
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
Must be able to meet all Departments Standards
Must be able to stand for long periods of time and be active
Must be able to walk kneel bend and reach repeatedly.
Good Product & Customer Knowledge
Be proactive
