Were partnering with a leading well-established manufacturing organization to hire a NC/CNC Machine Operator for their 3rd shift team in Syracuse. This is a high-impact hands-on role where your attention to detail and reliability directly contribute to quality output and operational success.

What Youll Be Doing
- Operate multiple CNC/NC machines to produce high-quality parts
- Assist with machine setup tooling changes and adjustments
- Read and follow operation sheets blueprints and specifications
- Perform quality checks using gauges and inspection tools
- Identify and help troubleshoot machine or control issues
- Support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
What Were Looking For
- At least 1 year of CNC machine operation experience
- Ability to work overnight shift consistently
- Experience with:
- Tool changes
- Reading blueprints
- Quality inspection (gauges measurement tools)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable team-oriented and safety-focused
Location Requirement
- Must live within 50 miles of Syracuse NY
- No relocation available
- No visa sponsorship available
