Responsibilities include

Setting up adjusting and operating production machinery to specifications.
Monitoring machine performance and making necessary adjustments to ensure quality output.
Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting equipment issues.
Adhering to strict safety protocols and maintaining a clean workspace in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
Reading and interpreting technical blueprints or work orders.
Documenting production metrics and reporting any irregularities to supervisors.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Pay: Compensation is determined by candidate experience education certifications and specific job-related skills.

Trainee Machine Operator rate: $15$16/hr

Experienced Machine Setup operator: $22/hr
