Job Summary

What you will do

The primary mission of the Regional Training and Technical Support Engineer is to strengthen regional engineering capabilities by delivering highquality technical training and advanced support for Building Management Systems (BMS) controls and field devices.
The role contributes to increased project execution efficiency improved solution quality and higher customer satisfaction across the region.

This position acts as a technical reference point between product engineering regional field teams and customers ensuring effective knowledge transfer fast issue resolution and consistent application of standards tools and best practices.
The role operates in close collaboration with global product teams regional engineering organizations and sales functions.

How you will do it

Technical Training

  • Deliver structured technical training sessions (classroom virtual and onsite) for internal engineers system integrators and partners.
  • Develop adapt and maintain training materials (presentations labs guides and demos) aligned with regional needs and product roadmaps.
  • Ensure effective onboarding of new engineers and continuous skill development of experienced field personnel with technical updates.
  • Support certification programs and competency assessments where applicable.
  • Support Sales teams on product presentation and demonstration.
  • Identify recurring issues and proactively address them through training guidelines or tool enhancements.

Technical Support

  • Provide technical support for complex issues related to BMS architectures controllers field devices networks and applications.
  • Troubleshoot system design configuration commissioning and integration challenges across multiple projects.
  • Act as escalation point for critical issues coordinating root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Interface with global product support and R&D teams to resolve productrelated problems and drive fixes or improvements.
  • Promote best practices in system design cybersecurity documentation and commissioning.
  • Participate on internal product validation and testing capturing field feedback lessons learned and pain points and translate them into actionable improvement proposals.

What we look for

  • Bachelors degree in business engineering or equivalent through experience
  • Five or more years experience in building systems (BMS and Integrated solutions) or operational processes
  • Demonstrated strong technical subject matter expertise to faster credibility loyalty trust and commitment
  • Demonstrated commercial attitude to establish partnership with customers
  • Demonstrated ability to influence consultants in theirs technical projects choices
  • Strong team work attitude
  • Computer literacy particularly with MS Word and Excel
  • Fluent Italian & English language skills (verbal reading and writing)
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst ensuring deadlines are met
