We currently have an opportunity for aProcurement Managerto join ourGovernment & Integrated Facilities Managementteam and play a key role inensuring the effective sourcing onboarding and management of subcontractors aligning procurement strategies with contract requirements and business objectives. Reporting to theContract Director youll help deliver high quality outcomes that support our essential services.
What Youll Do
This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:
Lead end-to-end procurement and management for Service Delivery Partners (SDPs) ensuring alignment with contractual regulatory and operational requirements.
Conduct market analysis of SDP trade groups to assess availability capacity and competitiveness identifying gaps and opportunities for supplier engagement.
Perform commercial analysis of price performance evaluating cost-effectiveness and ensuring value-for-money procurement strategies.
Build strong collaborative relationships with SDPs and internal leaders fostering a culture of shared success and continuous improvement.
Oversee performance frameworks audits and compliance processes to uplift quality mitigate risks and support operational excellence.
Provide strategic procurement leadership to strengthen supply resilience across diverse metro regional and remote areas.
What Youll Bring
Experience in procurement contract management and commercial analysis ideally within a government or regulated environment.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills with the ability to interpret commercial data and guide strategic decisions.
Confident stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate clearly and influence effectively across all levels.
Leadership capability that encourages collaboration growth and performance within procurement teams.
Proficiency in procurement systems and Work Order Management Systems (WMS) with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
