We offer a competitive salary range of 15000 - 18000 per month along with a supportive team atmosphere and opportunities for skill development.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
- Support the team with data entry and record keeping
- Coordinate communication between different departments
- Help maintain office supplies and inventory management
- Prepare reports and documentation as required
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of office procedures and practices
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
