Were strengthening our core development team and are looking for a PHP Laravel Developer (2 Years Experience) who is passionate about building scalable high-performance web applications and growing with a fast-moving tech organization.
Role Overview
As a PHP Laravel Developer you will be responsible for developing robust backend systems building scalable web applications and contributing to high-quality digital products.

Key Responsibilities
1. Application Development
- Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel framework
- Build clean reusable and efficient backend modules
- Implement secure scalable and maintainable code architecture
2. System Architecture & Optimization
- Design scalable application structures
- Optimize application performance and database queries
- Ensure system reliability and security best practices
3. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with frontend developers designers and testers
- Participate in sprint planning and technical discussions
- Support junior developers when required
4. Code Quality & Debugging
- Perform code reviews and maintain coding standards
- Debug and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Ensure high-quality deliverables with minimal defects
5. Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated with new Laravel features and PHP trends
- Suggest technical improvements and better development practices
- Contribute ideas for system and process improvements

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or related field
2 years of experience as a PHP Developer (Laravel-focused)
Experience with:
- HTML CSS JavaScript
- MySQL / relational databases
- Git / version control
- Basic frontend frameworks (React/Angular is a plus)
Understanding of Agile development practices is a plus
