Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Archer Developer to design develop and support RSA Archer GRC solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in implementing and customizing Archer applications workflows and integrations to support enterprise risk and compliance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop configure and customize RSA Archer applications and modules.
Design workflows dashboards reports questionnaires and data-driven events.
Support implementation of GRC solutions including Risk Management Compliance Audit and Third-Party Risk.
Perform data imports integrations and system enhancements.
Troubleshoot issues and provide production support.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Archer solutions.
Ensure best practices in Archer platform development and governance.

Requirements

510 years of IT experience with strong hands-on experience in RSA Archer.
Experience in Archer administration configuration and development.
Knowledge of GRC frameworks and risk management processes.
Experience with data feeds APIs and Archer integrations.
Strong understanding of access control workflows and reporting in Archer.
Good problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience in Archer platform upgrades and implementations.
Knowledge of SQL and system integrations.
Relevant RSA Archer certifications are a plus.
