Soccer Shots Medina/Akron/Canton/Youngstown is hiring for a Youth Soccer Coach! This is a part-time flexible position - perfect for a college student or anyone with a background in soccer or previous experience working with children who is looking to pick up some extra income!

QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 18 years of age
- Background Check Required
- Reliable transportation
- Mornings (9a-11a) Evening (5p-7p) and/or Weekend availability
- Passion and love for working with children
- Previous experience working with kids preferred
- Responsible energetic and fun!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure safety of children under their care
- Engage with each child through specific and positive affirmation.
- Follow age-appropriate tailored lesson plans
- Maintain commitment to excellence quality and safety through participation in the game of soccer
- Attend team meetings and all-staff meetings as available

We train our coaches in leadership development communication skills early childhood education and sports management. We are dedicated to providing high-quality foundational soccer training that prepares children for a lifetime of soccer. Our goal is simple: to leave a lasting positive impact on every child we serve.
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
