Position Summary
The Onsite Operations Specialist supports the daily execution of DFAC operations by ensuring smooth coordination of food service activities logistics administrative processes and compliance standards. The role provides operational logistical and workforce support to maintain efficient and high-quality service delivery.

Reports To: DFAC Manager
- Support daily DFAC operational activities and workflow coordination
- Assist with staff scheduling attendance tracking and workforce administration
- Monitor food service areas to ensure hygiene and safety compliance
- Coordinate deliveries inventory control and supply management
- Maintain operational documentation reports and records
- Assist with inspections audits and quality checks
- Serve as point of contact for onsite operational issues and escalate when necessary
- Support onboarding and training of new staff
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and contractual standards
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the DFAC Manager
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Hospitality Logistics or related field
- 2 years of operations logistics or site support experience preferred
- Experience in food service or government projects is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of health and safety standards
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication and teamwork
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments

Prior experience in NATO or defense-related projects. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments.
Required Education:
Citizen of a NATO member state (mandatory). Native Ukrainian speaker or certified Ukrainian language proficiency (CEFR C1 or higher). Excellent command of English (TOEIC 850 or equivalent). Minimum of three (3) years professional experience as a translator/interpreter in a similar environment. Proven experience in technical/military translation and interpretation. Strong understanding of military terminology and procedures. Minimum NATO SECRET clearance (mandatory).
