Excis is a global IT support leader driving innovation and collaboration across 190 countries. We are seeking a proactive Retail IT Rollout Project Manager & Network Field Technician to support the rollout of a standardized retail IT template across multiple store locations in Mexico.
This hybrid role combines on-site technical delivery with local project coordination serving as the key execution point between central program leadership and in-store implementation. You will play a critical role in transitioning stores from varied local POS and infrastructure setups to a fully integrated standardized retail solution aligned with rollouts already completed in EMEA and the US. Each rollout will be treated like a new store opening with a focus on quality consistency and speed of execution.

Project Coordination & Delivery
Act as the local project lead for assigned store rollouts across Mexico
Coordinate rollout activities in line with the central schedule
Manage site readiness local constraints and rollout dependencies
Liaise with central project teams vendors and local stakeholders
Track progress risks and issues; escalate when necessary
Ensure rollouts meet defined quality timeline and scope expectations
Technical & On-Site Execution
Perform or oversee on-site installations including:
Network & infrastructure deployment (Meraki hardware Wi-Fi switching)
IT rack and back-of-house equipment setup
Sales floor hardware installation (POS computers iPhones iPads scanners printers peripherals)
Installation and configuration of Wi-Fi access points
Support hardware staging and preparation as needed
Work with cabling wiring power and connectivity providers
Conduct site surveys and validate technical readiness
Troubleshoot issues during and after installation to ensure go-live stability
Store-Specific Adaptation
Assess existing store configurations which may vary by location
Adapt installations to accommodate:
Different store formats (Compact Store Factory Outlet Brand Store)
Furniture and cash desk modifications
Local physical and infrastructure constraints
Ensure standardization while allowing necessary local adjustments
Initial Objectives:
First two stores live by end of Q2 2026
Accelerated rollout pace thereafter
Mandatory:
Proven experience in retail IT rollouts store openings or field services
Strong hands-on technical skills:
Network installation and basic configuration (Meraki or similar)
POS and retail hardware deployment
On-site troubleshooting
Solid project coordination / project management experience
Ability to work independently in the field
Comfortable traveling extensively within Mexico
Strong communication skills (Spanish & English required; French highly desirable)
Desirable:
Experience with standardized retail templates deployed across multiple regions
Familiarity with Meraki environments
Experience with international/global rollout programs
Hardware staging or warehouse preparation experience
Highly hands-on and execution-focused
