Job Summary
Our client in the manufacturing sector is seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Officer to support grassroots marketing activities sales operations and field data collection. The role involves strengthening brand presence supporting sales teams and gathering actionable customer insights to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Execute grassroots marketing campaigns to promote products and increase brand visibility in assigned territories.
Support the sales team through in-market activations product promotions and customer engagement activities.
Assist with sales drives merchandising and point-of-sale executions.
Collect market data customer feedback and competitor information to support marketing and sales strategies.
Prepare basic field reports and submit timely updates to the Marketing Manager.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors retailers and end consumers.
Support product launches and promotional activities as required.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or HND in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in field marketing sales support or FMCG marketing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in the field and engage directly with customers and trade partners.
Basic reporting and data collection skills.
Self-motivated organized and able to work with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
