DescriptionOverview:
As an Associate Director you will work in a fast-paced environment on a variety of client projects with an opportunity for regional assignments. You will work directly with senior managers and executive leadership and get to interact and learn from industry leaders. Supporting the generation of new business as part of the broader team and ensuring effective contracting; drafting statements of work project plans and budgets involving multiple workflow streams and client teams.
Project planning executing analysis and problem solving; data collection problem structuring developing hypotheses research and benchmarking analyses and insights development.
Delivery support as a project lead with excellent project management for clients including work planning managing workflow timely delivery quality execution client expectations / upward management.
Consulting expertise on diverse and sophisticated projects; collaborating and contributing to the design of innovative human capital solution approaches and strategies including total rewards philosophy development career frameworks job family architecture compensation benchmarking and structures broad-based employee incentive plan design reward program implementation etc.
Managing client relationships and networks working day to day with clients as the primary contact on delivery of services and for business development purposes.
Effective written and verbal communication of ideas and solutions in various settings; developing client materials and presenting to mid / senior leadership
Responsibilities-
QualificationsThe Requirement:
- Between 6 to 12 years of relevant experience in adding value to client business results (ideally in a Reward consulting role)
- Advantageous to have expertise in several rewards areas which could including broad-based rewards strategy executive compensation and data services
- Background in strategic problem solving with excellent business and financial acumen
- Flexible with a proven track record of delivering in fast paced and demanding environments
- Proven ability to apply depth of knowledge for outstanding project delivery with tight deadlines
- Ability to innovate and apply experiences to support business development initiatives
- Polished oral and written communication skills; confident managing client relationships and presenting to mid / senior leadership
- Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic institution / program
