Intern/TraineeJob Description & Summary
As a Finance Operations Intern you will gain handson experience in core financial processes and contribute to the smooth execution of finance operations within a professional services environment. This role offers practical exposure to project financials billing reporting and process improvement initiatives while developing your technical analytical and problemsolving skills. You will collaborate closely with the Finance team and engage with crossfunctional stakeholders.Engagement & Project Financials Support
Maintainaccurateproject and contract records to support engagement teams.
Assistin preparing reviewing and processing client billing information.
Process WorkinProgress (WIP) adjustmentsin accordance withestablished procedures.
Support project/contract closeout activities to ensure completeness and compliance.
Monitor and follow-up on staffs timecard submission process time transfers andassistusers with troubleshooting timecard related matters.
Reporting & Query Resolution
Prepare reports to support management decisionmaking.
Assistin resolving queries related to finance operations including liaising with IT or other support teams.
Service Delivery & Process Improvement
Ensuretimelyresolution of internal and external queries within required SLAs and in compliance with finance policies.
Contribute to process improvement or system implementation initiatives as guided by the team lead.
Support other finance functions and carry out adhoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree inAccounting Finance Business or related fields
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data
Good communicationand interpersonal skills
ProficiencyinMicrosoft Excel and Word
Organized proactive and able to manage multiple taskseffectively
A team player with curiosity initiative and willingness to learn
