Join Westpacs Global Transaction Services (GTS) team as an Associate Director Product Owner and play a pivotal role in delivering an Australianfirst digital platform designed for large corporate and institutional customers.
Whats the role
As the Product Owner for Entitlements youll lead capability design and delivery for the Corporate Treasury and Cash Management platforms entitlements module.
Youll act as the key bridge between Product and Agile delivery teams owning the backlog setting priorities and representing business needs through the full delivery lifecycle. Youll be joining at the midpoint of a major multiyear transformation shaping some of the programs most defining delivery milestones.
Youll define and document features collaborate closely with architects developers digital security and risk partners and ensure every capability aligns to the platform vision customer needs and regulatory expectations.
This role is central to enabling a scalable selfservice entitlements model and embedding bestpractice digital authorisation across a pioneering institutional banking platform.
This is a permanent role within Westpac Institutional Bank offering the chance to help shape the future of realtime corporate treasury and digital transaction banking.
What do I need
- Deep knowledge of institutional transaction banking including corporate cash and liquidity management.
- Experience with digital channels digital identity entitlements and authorisation ideally supporting institutional customers.
- Strong background in digital product management within a highly regulated environment preferably financial services.
- Demonstrated experience delivering endtoend technology solutions across design build testing and implementation.
- Practical experience with Agile delivery including backlog management user story writing prioritisation and working to regular 3monthly release cycles.
- Excellent planning stakeholder engagement and decisionmaking skills with the ability to work confidently with vendors risk teams and technology partners.
