- Salary relative to experience and ranges from $129464 to $142665 plus super

In this role youll play a pivotal part in shaping strategic policy directions supporting major reform programs and ensuring the effective implementation of initiatives that matter to communities industry and government.
Youll be a trusted advisorsupporting Ministerial and Executive decisionmaking leading project delivery and contributing to legislative and strategic reform programs. Youll also play a key role in supporting and guiding team members to meet deadlines and achieve highquality outcomes.

About you
- Projects and Policy work you have detailed knowledge and expertise in ensuring the delivery of key projects and legislative and policy initiatives.
- Stakeholder influence Experience in providing cultural advice support and guidance to stakeholders whilst simultaneously building a high degree of trust with and for Aboriginal peoples communities and entities in NSW.
- Strategic capability Extensive knowledge and experience in the development implementation and review of Aboriginal cultural strategies policies and procedures.
- Cultural knowledge and experience Knowledge respect and understanding of Aboriginal cultural issues
- Communication strength Communicate with clarity empathy and cultural awareness.
