Job Title:- Assistant Manager - Engineering

Direct Report To :- Senior Manager

Qualification :- BE – MECHANICAL

Experience :- 10-14 Years

Industry :- Chemical Manufacturing

Roles &Responsibilities:-

1. Decision-Making:- Approve routine maintenance tasks minor modifications and process improvements.
2. Financial:- Authorize small-scale purchases within the assigned budget and recommend larger expenditures.
3. Operational:- Ensure execution of preventive and corrective maintenance plans troubleshoot mechanical issues and optimize equipment performance.
4. Personnel:- Assign daily tasks to technicians supervise work quality and provide training as needed.
5. Regulatory & Compliance:- Ensure adherence to mechanical safety standards report compliance issues and assist in audits.
6. Interdepartmental Coordination:- Collaborate with production procurement and safety teams to maintain smooth operations.
