An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Guest Services Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.

Enthusiastic individuals who can demonstrate proven experience in a leadership role a commitment to patient care and customer service are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities:

Reporting to the Support Services Manager you will be required to provide leadership to our non-clinical Cleaning Waste and Linen services whilst delivering a high standard of service to our patients staff and guests

Responsibilities will include:

Managing an Environmental Services team of up to 50- 60 individuals

Provide training and guidance to both new recruits and current staff members

Organisation of the rosters

Financial and budget management

Ensuring strict adherence to all OHS and Infection control procedures

Essential Criteria:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

Previous Leadership experience in an Environmental services capacity ideally from a hospital or in the hospitality sectors

Previous experience with a computerised rostering system (i.e. Kronos etc).

Highly developed customer service skills

Flexibility and adaptability

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Extensive cleaning knowledge in all surface elements

Knowledge of OHS and Infection control procedures

Demonstrated ability to train and upskill staff.
