Job Summary
Join a team where your work directly supports the patients who rely on our products every day. As the Team Lead for Small Batch Production you will support the Head of SBP in coordinating day to day operations keeping production safe efficient and compliant. You will train and mentor team members oversee product assembly perform visual inspections and ensure all work instructions and quality standards are followed.
You will maintain production flow by monitoring materials completing accurate documentation preparing batch records and ensuring finished products are packaged and ready for shipment. You will help resolve production issues support crossdepartment communication and uphold 5S safety and hygiene expectations. SAP and Guardus entries will be part of your daily routine to keep records accurate.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example supporting a team and keeping operations running smoothly while upholding the quality standards our patients depend on.
Qualifications :
- Industrial or technical training of 3 years with additional specialized training.
- At least 3 years in a production lead or coordination role.
- Strong production knowledge with problem solving quick learning and solid interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams support performance and promote a safe and collaborative environment.
- Adaptable proactive and comfortable navigating change.
- Clear communication skills in English written and verbal.
- Strong selfmanagement with reliable time and task organization.

Hours are Day Shift Monday through Friday 6:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.
