What Youll Do:


As a Production Assembly team member youll thrive in a hands-on fast-paced environment and play a key role in bringing innovative products from concept to reality. Youll collaborate with a passionate supportive team and help us fulfill our mission: Making our Customers Critical Mission Possible.


What you will be responsible for:

You will use a variety of toolsincluding pneumatic electric and hand toolsto build motor assemblies by following detailed work instructions and standard procedures. No prior experience is requiredfull training is provided to set you up for success.


Essential Duties:

  • Assemble and test servo motors and gear head products
  • Follow detailed manufacturing and test procedures
  • Work within an assigned assembly cell to maintain production flow
  • Maintain product traceability throughout the assembly process
  • Operate hand tools measuring instruments machine tools and fixtures
  • Read and interpret schematics and mechanical drawings
  • Safely operate hoists throughout the workday (training provided)

Shift & Schedule

  • 1st shift (day shift)enjoy predictable daytime hours and your evenings and weekends free! As our business grows additional shifts may be added in the future but this role is focused on 1st shift operations.
Requirements

What you will need:


Education:


High school diploma or equivalent


Experience:

  • Mechanical and/or electronic assembly experience preferred
  • Soldering experience is a plus
  • Printed Circuit Board (PCB) experience is a plus


Knowledge/Skills:

  • Problem solving skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Fine motor skills and manual dexterity
  • Ability to perform basic math and interpret measurement tools
  • Able to work with a variety of different hand tools
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment and wear required PPE.
  • Capable of standing for the duration of a full shift and lifting up to 25 lbs. repeatedly
  • Willingness and ability to work overtime as required

Salary Description:

$18 - $20 per hour DOQ


We are committed to providing pay ranges for all open positions. Please note that the specific compensation for this role will be determined based on your experience qualifications location and internal equity considerations. The listed pay range is provided in good faith and is subject to adjustments in accordance with company policies and market conditions.


This position is eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus program based on company performance goals. Bonus payouts are not guaranteed and are determined at the companys discretion.
