Job Summary
If you know the Greek market by heart understand key business drivers and are eager to learn more about scaling a business locally you are the perfect match! Previous experience in e-commerce customer service or project management is a plus.
As Operations Manager for Greece and Cyprus (m/f/d) you will support the Country Manager in localizing content to ensure our global strategy resonates with the local market. You will track daily operational KPIs and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams providing you the opportunity to gain exposure to various business areas including logistics customer service and marketing.
Responsibilities
- Localization of marketing campaigns for the Greek audience
- Translation of various texts from English into Greek (e.g. sales campaigns newsletters fashion content marketing materials)
- Competitor monitoring (e.g. sales campaigns celebrity and influencer collaborations services)
- Quality assurance of our website
- Management of daily operations KPI monitoring and engagement with logistics and customer service teams
- Market analyses and development
Requirements
- Native-level competence in Greek both spoken and written
- Fluency in English; German is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Work experience in business development project management customer service or logistics is a plus
- Strong communication and analytical skills
