About the role

As a Senior Account Manager you will be responsible for the relationship development new product adoption and diversification and associated revenue growth for a portfolio of SEEKs Mid Market Recruiter Accounts across NSW. This role requires you to be the voice of the customer leveraging significant cross functional collaboration to ensure the clients challenges and opportunities are effectively articulated and serviced.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the clients product and service experience with SEEK resulting in revenue contribution.
  • Develop and execute growth sales tactics and strategies including evolving SEEKs value proposition for this customer tier understanding and mitigating competitive threats and driving customer retention and growth
  • Deliver recruiter segment goals and targets across product adoption revenue growth client thought leadership events and customer experience metrics eg: SAM tier targets KPIs incentives.
  • Understand the competitor landscape and direction including products value proposition and commercial offering and feeding this back through voice of customer initiatives and communication channels.
  • Identify opportunities to develop and grow revenue throughout whilst seeking to improve the client experience.
  • Drive quarterly portfolio plans to ensure achievement of all quarterly targets and KPIs
  • Maintain and update company CRM system with all sales activities and company details.
  • Undertake customer research to lead to a solution engagement plan regularly kept up to date
  • Solution development for each of these customers providing feedback into SEEKs product and strategy team where customisation is needed

Qualifications :

Skills and experience

  • Proven experience in developing and growing solution sales relationships 
  • Highly effective Sales and Account Management skills
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth
  • Ability to build rapport & trust
  • Proactive approach to account planning to drive structure and governance across portfolio
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and leverage cross functional stakeholders to support clients needs 
  • Ability to gather and understand customer insights and make recommendations
  • Solid experience in consulting and solution sales 
  • Experience representing the voice of the customer back into a product and marketing organisation. 
  • Experience with a digital product is valuable 
  • Solid complex solution selling experience
