We are looking for a collaborative and analytical Business Analyst to uncover digital opportunities for improvement understand business requirements and help deliver digital solutions that make a real difference across the Council.

As a Business Analyst you will:

• Help identify and shape digital change opportunities highlighted by Strategic Business Partners and senior stakeholders.

• Use structured analysis to understand complex business problems to create clear evidencebased requirements and benefits.

• Facilitate workshops engage stakeholders and support commissioning activity to ensure new digital solutions are viable usercentred and aligned with business objectives.

• Work with services to assess options and inform digital solutions that improve how the Council operates.

• Support the delivery of projects understanding feasibility and benefits and contribute to service design and smooth transition into operational support.

What Were Looking For:

• Professional certification or substantial experience in business analysis or similar roles.

• Significant experience analysing and designing business processes ideally in a complex or publicsector environment.

• Significant experience applying business analysis methodologies assessing digital options quantifying benefits and contributing to business cases and requirements gathering.

• Strong communication facilitation and stakeholderengagement skills with the confidence to challenge assumptions and present evidencebased recommendations.

• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with experience eliciting creating and managing requirements.
