You are the wizard behind Mamas digital universemixing technology connectivity and innovation so everything runs smoothly behind the scenes while the good vibes stay front and center.

As our IT Manager you keep Mama connected protected and powered up. From lightning-fast Wi-Fi to secure systems and seamless integrations you make sure our teams and guests never see the glitches only the magic. You translate tech into simplicity solve problems before they appear and ensure every digital touchpoint works effortlessly so Mama can focus on what she does best: creating unforgettable experiences.

Heres what youll be responsible for:

Digital Guardian
Oversee all IT systems networks and infrastructure to ensure secure stable and uninterrupted operations across the property.
Systems & Network Master
Manage servers connectivity Wi-Fi performance hardware and software to deliver seamless technology experiences for guests and teams.
Cybersecurity Protector
Safeguard Mamas digital environment by maintaining security standards data protection practices backups and system integrity.
Tech Support Hero
Provide responsive IT support to team members troubleshooting issues quickly and ensuring minimal operational disruption.
Innovation Driver
Identify new technologies and smart solutions that enhance efficiency improve workflows and elevate the guest experience.
Systems Integrator
Ensure smooth functionality and integration of hospitality systems including PMS POS finance and operational platforms.
Project & Implementation Leader
Coordinate IT installations upgrades and system rollouts ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business needs.
Compliance Champion
Maintain IT policies licensing and brand standards while ensuring alignment with Ennismore and regulatory requirements.
Vendor Relationship Manager
Collaborate with external providers and partners to ensure service quality performance standards and cost efficiency.

Train and support teams on systems and tools empowering colleagues to confidently use technology in their daily roles.

Qualifications :

MADE FOR YOU ONLY IF

You have 5 years of IT leadership experience in hospitality
You know hotel tech ecosystems inside out PMS POS networks and integrations
Youre calm under pressure and love solving puzzles
You combine technical expertise with strong people skills
You explain tech without jargon making the complex feel easy
Youre proactive organized and always one step ahead
You care deeply about cybersecurity and data protection
You thrive in fast-paced lifestyle hospitality environments
Youre hands-on equally comfortable strategizing or fixing a printer if needed
You lead with positivity collaboration and solution-focused energy

YOUR LITTLE EXTRAS

Pre-opening hotel experience
Experience with Opera Sun Systems or similar hospitality platforms
Knowledge of cloud systems networking and cybersecurity best practices
Multi-property or international exposure
