Administer prime contracts from award through close-out in accordance with Worley procedures project requirements and client contractual frameworks
Serve as the primary point of contact for contractual matters between Worley clients and major contractors
Monitor contract compliance including scope schedule deliverables and commercial terms
Manage contract correspondence notices variations claims and change orders in a timely and accurate manner
Support negotiation and evaluation of contract amendments extensions and commercial settlements
Maintain contract records logs and documentation in line with governance and audit requirements
Provide contractual advice to project teams highlighting risks obligations and mitigation strategies
Coordinate with procurement and subcontract administrators to ensure alignment between prime and downstream contracts
Assist with progress measurement payment certification and commercial reporting
Support dispute avoidance and resolution activities including preparation of contractual positions
Ensure all contract activities align with Worleys ethics compliance and HSE requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Construction Management Engineering Law or a related discipline
Professional certification in contracts or commercial management (e.g. CCM MRICS or equivalent) is desirable
Experienced in contracts administration within construction mining oil and gas or major capital projects
Proven experience managing prime or head contracts on large complex EPC / EPCM projects
Strong understanding of common contract forms (e.g. FIDIC NEC bespoke oil & gas contracts)
Experience working in multi-disciplinary multi-stakeholder project environments
