Job Summary
WNS (PUNE) is hiring for OTC (Cash App) domain at Lead Associate level.
Candidate should be okay with Night Shifts.
We require candidates with 3-5 Years of experience in AR - Cash Application domain.
Local Pune candidates preferred.
- Understands application of the principles in the defined tasks related to order to cash process.
- Able to handle tasks allocated in Cash Application independently as per the specific client process and ensures compliance in terms TAT and accuracy
- Cash Applicators: Cash Application Account reconciliation Dispute Management Debit note and Credit note clarity Basic accounting knowledge SAP / HRC/ Zuora knowledge preferred
- Additional knowledge will be added advantage
