Job Summary

QC Associate (Immunogenetics/Flow Cytometry)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled QC Associate to join our team in Gurgaon Haryana. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quality control within the immunogenetics and flow cytometry fields.

Responsibilities:

Perform quality control testing and analysis related to immunogenetics and flow cytometry.
Ensure adherence to established quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment including flow cytometers.
Analyze data and generate reports on QC findings.
Identify and troubleshoot any deviations or issues in the quality control process.
Collaborate with research and development teams to ensure product quality.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all QC activities.
Participate in method validation and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Master of Science (MS) or Master of Science (.) in a relevant Science field.
Minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 8 years of experience in quality control.
Proficiency in QC Associate Quality Control HLA Cytometry and Immunogenetics.
Experience with flow cytometry techniques and instrumentation is essential.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills both written and verbal.
