Job Summary
Are you a night owl Join our friendly and professional Front Office Team as a Night Auditor and play a key role in ensuring smooth overnight operations.
This is a part-time night shift role starting at 11:00 PM and finishing at 7:00 AM.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Front Office professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome late arrivals and handle guest requests complaints and overnight concerns.
- Reconcile daily transactions across all revenue centres and run the night audit process.
- Prepare and distribute revenue occupancy and incident reports for management.
- Conduct property security checks and manage after-hours access.
- Communicate clearly with the morning team and maintain accurate shift handover reports.
- Follow property procedures health & safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications :
Qualifications and Experience:
- Having a full working right in Australia.
- Previous Front Office or similar experience with knowledge of Opera system preferred.
- Passion for people and hospitality.
- Confident self-motivated and driven with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Available to work from 11pm and finish at 7am.
