About the role
This role provides high-level executive support to the Mayor and Councillors contributing to the smooth and professional operation of the Mayors Office. As part of the Office of the General Manager youll work within a dynamic leadership environment focused on strategic governance financial sustainability and delivering meaningful outcomes for the Coffs Harbour community. Collaboration discretion confidentiality and a commitment to excellence are key as you help uphold the Citys values and support its vision for growth and innovation.

About you
You are someone who genuinely enjoys helping people keeping things organised and making complex days run smoothly.
You may already be working in a role such as: school / education administration real estate / property administration executive / personal assistant office management health legal / not-for-profit administration.
Regardless of where youve gained your experience people know you as someone who:
You dont need local government experience or a degree to be successful here. What matters most is your professionalism sound judgement strong organisational skills and your ability to build positive working relationships.
