About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented proactive and highly experienced Program Manager to complement our technology transformation team.
This high-profile role is instrumental in leading and managing technology testing environment delivery across the program to support a high-profile time-critical program focused on uplifting testing environments and integrating multiple application layers across a complex technology landscape.
As the key point of contact for managing and coordinating environment readiness this role will work closely with Program Managers and senior stakeholders to maintain delivery stability while enabling agility in a fast-paced environment and ensuring rigorous governance coordination and impact assessment of all delivery requests.
Importantly this high-profile role supports the UNITE Program across Westpac which is our business-led tech-enabled transformation and a key priority for the Group. UNITE is about delivering one best way to make our processes systems and tech simpler so we can deliver a better experience for our customers and make things easier for our people.
