Job Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff at Vijayawada this role you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of airport activities. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in security and boarding gates - Handle passenger inquiries and provide accurate information about flights baggage and airport facilities - Assist passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors or disabled passengers - Monitor flight schedules and communicate any changes or delays to passengers - Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure efficient and timely boarding and disembarkation of passengers - Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations at all times - Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a clean and organized airport environment - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Willingness to work in shifts including evenings weekends and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds - Previous experience in the aviation industry is a plus Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The selected candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week including weekends and holidays.
