Job Summary
Role Overview
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Remote Customer Experience this role you will support clients by coordinating bookings providing personalized recommendations and ensuring all arrangements are accurate and complete.
This position focuses on delivering exceptional service managing reservations efficiently and maintaining precise documentation in a fully remote environment. No prior industry experience is required comprehensive training is provided.
Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with detailed itinerary coordination and planning

Research compare and confirm reservation options using approved systems

Provide accurate information and tailored recommendations based on client preferences and budget
