About the role
The Customer Service Consultant role delivers highquality customerfocused support across the full student lifecycle. Youll provide specialised and often complex student administration services including enrolments course information payment processing CRM updates and managing inbound enquiries across multiple channels via phone email online and in person.
As an escalation point youll use your broad knowledge of policies systems and procedures to resolve complex queries and guide students and stakeholders with confidence.
Youll collaborate closely with teams across Student and Campus Services Learning and Teaching and Student Support to ensure enquiries are resolved efficiently and consistently. Youll also contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes service delivery and the overall student experience.
Operating hours span 8am to 6pm with varying shift times required to meet service demand.
