Qualifications
- Design develop and optimize AI agents and workflows usingLangGraphandLangChain Python and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Build custom tools and integrate them into agent workflows (e.g. APIs databases search engines)
- Craft and fine-tune effective prompts and memory structures to improve agent reasoning.
- Collaborate with product and backend teams to integrate agents into end-user applications.
- Write clean maintainable and well-documented code.
- Troubleshoot and debug agent behaviors and edge cases.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12 years of experience in Python development with strong hands-on coding ability
- Experience building agent-based systems usingLangGraphandLangChain
- Familiarity withprompt engineeringLLM function/tool calling andmulti-agent coordination
- Experience withFastAPIWebSockets or similar frameworks is a plus
- Knowledge of LLMs such asOpenAI and their API usage
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Good to Have
- Experience with LangChain Expression Language (LCEL)
- Familiarity with LangSmith or agent tracing/debugging tools
- Exposure to real-time inference systems or chatbot interfaces
- GitHub or portfolio demonstrating prior LangGraph projects
