Were currently seeking a passionate skilled and dedicated Registered Midwives to join our maternity unit at St Vincents Private Hospital this role you will work with a highly experienced and committed multi-disciplinary team to ensure our mothers enjoy a high standard of care as they approach the birth of their baby become a new parent and start life with their new baby.
About us:
St Vincents Private Hospital Toowoomba is the largest acute private hospital on the Darling Downs. We are a 197-bed facility with highly experienced and skilled staff that work as a team to deliver the highest standard of healthcare to all our patients. Our maternity unit is run by a team of experienced midwives breastfeeding consultants and nursing staff. Birthing is serviced by private obstetric specialists and paediatricians.

Things that work for us:
AHPRA registration as a Registered Midwife (dual registrations as Registered Midwife and Registered Nurse highly regarded)
Ability to work on a permanent part time basis ideally 36 hours per week
Willingness to be a positive team member with an attitude to support others and problem solve efficiently
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of the professional ethical and legal requirements
Current clinical knowledge and critical thinking ability
