About the RoleThe Senior Analyst Beef Sales & Procurement supports the end-to-end management of Walmarts beef supply chain working closely with internal and external manufacturing partners to coordinate production inventory and supply chain activities.
We are looking for someone with curiosity ambition strong growth potential who is eager to learn take on responsibility and develop within a complex large-scale sourcing and merchandising environment. The ideal candidate is analytically minded comfortable working with data and motivated to grow their skills while gaining hands-on exposure to manufacturing merchandising logistics and cross-functional collaboration. This role offers meaningful responsibility learning opportunities and a pathway for professional growth within Walmart.
This position is based at Walmarts new Home Office Campus in Bentonville Arkansas and will report to the Director of Procurement inside Walmart USs Fresh Meat and Seafood Merchandising Organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management of Walmarts end-to-end beef supply chain by coordinating inventory and transportation flows across multiple manufacturing facilities
- Collaborate with Walmart-owned and operated beef manufacturing facilities as well as external partners including facilities that serve customers outside of Walmarts retail network
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external manufacturing partners
- Analyze production inventory and operational data to identify trends risks and improvement opportunities
- Assist with reporting performance tracking and data-driven decision making related to production and supply chain execution
- Help identify process improvements to enhance efficiency service levels and overall supply chain performance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business Manufacturing Agricultural Business Technology and ERP Systems or a related field OR 1 year of relevant work experience (internships co-ops or early career roles preferred but not required)
- Foundational understanding of supply chain concepts such as production planning inventory management transportation and manufacturing operations
- Experience or comfort working with analytics and reporting tools (e.g. Excel Power BI Tableau SQL or similar)
- Exposure to ERP or planning systems is a plus

The annual salary range for this position is $60000.00 - $110000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
