This is a fantastic opportunity for you to develop your skills and be part of theClimate & Markets Regulation (C&MR)teamassistingcustomers tocomply withtheir obligations to the UK Governments climate change schemes.
The types of work you may be involved in include:
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Cross department activities such as business planning finance recruitmentsupportand team communications.
- Answering customer technical queries through our helpdesks.
- Processing simple permits and applications.
- Managing and protecting our records and data.
- Assistingthe delivery of some aspects of compliance audits and enforcement work within regulations.
- Ad hoc administrative tasks.
Responding to incidents is a central part of what we do. You willbe requiredto have an incident role and make yourself available to respond to incidents or provide business continuity support during an incident. This may attract anadditionalpayment and fulltrainingand alternative working arrangements will be available to support you with your incident role.
Whilst we are working flexibly between office locations and home occasional travel to offices will berequired. Your base location will be WarringtonSheffieldor Preston. Travel/commuting to your contractual office base location is at your own expense.
