The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Previous experience as a Premises Manager Site Manager or Caretaker
Strong knowledge of health & safety and site compliance
Practical maintenance and DIY skills
The ability to prioritise workload and respond effectively to issues
Strong organisational and communication skills
