Due to internal restructuring the school is seeking a professional and detail-focused HR Officer.
The HR Officer will manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure full compliance with employment legislation and safeguarding standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing recruitment processes
Coordinating safer recruitment checks
Maintaining personnel records
Supporting onboarding and induction
Advising staff on HR policies
Monitoring absence and leave
Supporting payroll administration
Managing performance review documentation
Ensuring compliance with safeguarding requirements
Liaising with external HR advisors when required
The role requires discretion accuracy and strong organisational capability.
The HR Officer works alongside the School Business Manager and Finance team. Policies and procedures are clearly defined and regularly reviewed.
Experience in HR administration
