The Data Officer will support the collection analysis and reporting of student performance and attendance data.
Key responsibilities include:
Maintaining and updating the school MIS
Producing attainment and progress reports
Supporting assessment data collection cycles
Monitoring attendance and behaviour trends
Ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Assisting with statutory returns
Supporting SLT with performance tracking
Ensuring GDPR compliance
Providing staff training on data systems
Supporting timetable and curriculum data management
The role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
The Data Officer works alongside the Data Manager and Exams Officer within a structured reporting system.
