About the Music Department
The Music Department is comprised of experienced and passionate specialists who deliver a rich and varied curriculum. The department benefits from excellent rehearsal spaces performance facilities and strong extracurricular provision including ensembles and concerts.
Responsibilities
Teach Music across KS3/4 with the possibility of KS5
Deliver engaging practical and theoretical lessons
Support extracurricular music activities and performances
Assess and monitor student progress
Contribute to curriculum development
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Music or related discipline
PGCE or QTS
Experience teaching Music in a secondary school setting
ECTs are encouraged to apply
