Job Summary
Our partner in the facilities services sector is seeking a Supply Chain Process & Control Specialist to streamline operations and build a robust internal control framework. With 5-8 years of experience you will be the architect of standardized processes across the group.
Key Responsibilities
SAP Optimization: Simplify and re-configure SAP MM processes to ensure maximum efficiency.
Internal Controls: Establish critical control points including approval workflows Purchase Order (SAS) requirements and Goods Receipt (GR) compliance.
Systems Integration: Coordinate with the IT department to lead system enhancements and automation projects.
Standardization: Initiate and manage projects aimed at creating a unified supply chain structure across all group entities.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 5-8 years of experience in Supply Chain Excellence Internal Audit or Process Design.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in SAP MM is mandatory.
Process Design: Proven track record in designing and improving operational workflows.
Attention to Detail: A disciplined approach with a strong internal audit mindset.
Project Management: Ability to coordinate between business units and IT teams.
