About the Role
Hardal is an all-in-one server-side and first-party measurement environment platform. You will have the opportunity to work on Hardal and contribute to the explosive growth of our company.
As a Community Manager you will be responsible for creating scaling and managing all online and offline community initiatives events and content.
Tasks
- Build and scale a vibrant community of martech professionals analytics enthusiasts and privacy-first advocates
- Plan organize and execute both online and offline events (webinars meetups conferences workshops)
- Create engaging content across multiple formats: social media video blogs newsletters and live streams
- Be the face and voice of Hardal comfortable on camera hosting events and speaking at conferences
- Foster meaningful conversations and engagement within the community across all channels
- Collaborate with growth and product teams to turn community insights into business outcomes
- Measure community health metrics and continuously optimize engagement strategies
- Stay on top of martech trends and bring fresh energetic perspectives to everything you create
Requirements
- Proven experience building and scaling communities from the ground up
- Strong content creation skills across text video and social media
- High-energy personality that energizes others and creates excitement
- 100% comfortable on camera whether its hosting live events recording videos or going live on social
- Excellent organizational skills for managing events (both virtual and in-person)
- Creative mindset with the ability to experiment and try new engagement tactics
- Strong English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of the martech industry is a strong plus
- Passion for building genuine connections and fostering authentic conversations
